Although Hillary Clinton is having a tough time knocking sense into the Obama tranced Democratic electorate, Republican National Committee Chairman Robert M. Duncan mistakenly believes McCain can win on the issues.
"I think it's the difference between their party and our party," said Robert M. Duncan, the chairman of the Republican National Committee. "They have a more liberal constituency. And the country is center-right."
"It comes down to the issues," Mr. Duncan said. "I honestly believe this: I can't remember a better contrast for us between our candidate and the Democratic candidates during my lifetime."
This may hold true for the educated and even semi-educated Americans out there, but the "center" (those to don't pay enough attention to issues to really care because their too busy watching South Park) will, as always, pick the next president. The right will go right, and the left will go left, and that leaves the mindless middle to decide the next president. And the middle tends to pick the rock star. Going back a couple decades, the candidate who looked and sounded cool (or in the case of Obama-pretty) has always won. RIP Bob Dole, Al Gore, John Kerry etc..
What does America really know about Barack Obama other than he wants to tax the rich, feed the poor and bomb Pakistan? Never mind, it doesn't matter as long as he looks and sounds pretty doing it. Besides, the "center" probably has no idea where Pakistan is or that they are a nuclear power with a LOT of bad guys running around on their boarder with Afghanistan-not that they'd know where Afghanistan was either. But Obama can do no wrong. The guy sneezed on stage and got an ovation! His cultish grip on his minions is rivals that of Hitler, Koresh and Jones. For those of you who haven't bought into the Obamamania rhetoric, who actually look at the issues, you can be proud that you probably wouldn't have been a NAZI in Germany. For those of you in the Obama camp, key safety tip-don't drink the koolaid.
Hillary doesn't have a prayer…and after that, neither does John McCain. I'm sorry Mr. Duncan, but you just don't get it. To imitate Barack Obama, I'll steal the words of another, "It's the rock star factor, stupid," not the issues that matter to the pop culture Americans.

Great commentary! If "Precious" (as Lou Dobbs called Him) Obama wins nomination, McCain will devour his anorexic resume and throw his insubstantial little frame to the wolves. The mindless centre will be too busy on OBAM OPIUM to go out and vote. The Repugnants will, in droves, vote to present this unqualified, incompetent moron from sinking the Titanic further!
If the media misogynists ever woke up to the damage the OBIMBO nomination will inevitably cause, they would file their Applications for IMMIGRATION TO CANADA now~~
What is so true about your comment is that the question must be asked, Is Barack Obama peaking too early?
If you think of the Patriots this last year, Obama is beating up on Hillary like the Pats did against the Bills on MNF. The Pats went on to be the overwhelming favorite for the Super Bowl, but was upset by the Giants. They lost steam.
Eventually, the party will end and the country will see Obama for who he is, a pretty boy who can deliver speeches that other people have given with style and no substance.
